Project Agreement
Every project will be governed by a mutually agreed quotation, design, and scope of work. Any changes or additions requested after project confirmation may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Payments & Pricing
Clients agree to make payments as per the agreed schedule.
Delays in payment may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work.
All costs related to materials, approvals, and labor will be clearly communicated in advance.
Approvals & Documentation
We assist with NIT/NMC approvals and related documentation.
Final approval depends on government authorities, and timelines may vary accordingly. Clients must provide accurate documents required for approvals.
Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope and conditions.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, material shortages, approvals, etc.) are not the company’s liability.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide correct and complete information/documents
Approve designs and plans on time
Make timely payments
Avoid unauthorized changes during execution
Quality & Materials
We strive to maintain high-quality construction standards.
Material specifications will be as agreed in the project scope. Any upgrades will be charged separately.
Changes & Cancellations
Any design or work changes must be communicated in writing.
Cancellation of projects may involve applicable charges for work already completed
Limitations of Liability
While we ensure quality and professionalism, the company shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by external factors
Government approval delays
Issues arising from incorrect client-provided information
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and 3D models created by us remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
